I recently visited Hera Gangnam for a more intensive lifting treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As someone who had only done basic toning and hair removal before, I was incredibly nervous about trying actual "lifting" lasers, but this clinic put me completely at ease. ​What sets Hera apart is their thoroughness. I had two separate consultations: ​Consultation Manager (상담실장님): She was incredibly kind and helped map out my concerns without being pushy. ​Head Doctor (원장님): He provided a deep dive into the technical side, ensuring I understood exactly how the treatments would work for my face shape. ​I focused on two specific areas to tackle my double chin and overall facial contour: ​10Thera Lifting: A game-changer! The procedure was much more comfortable than I expected. It does hurt a lot but apparently not as bad as Ulthera. The staff members and the doctor would check on me the whole time to make sure the treatment is not too awfully painful. ​Sok-Pae Injection (쏙빼주사): Targeted specifically at my double chin area. ​ ​The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, they actually listen and care for my needs. I’m already seeing a difference (I might need two more sessions in a couple of months) and am definitely coming back for my forehead and jaw Botox next time! ​Highly recommended if you're a "lifting newbie" looking for a trustworthy clinic in Gangnam.

I recently visited Gangnam Hera Clinic for a Titanium Lifting treatment, and the entire experience genuinely exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease the moment I walked in. They explained every part of the procedure clearly and thoroughly, making sure I knew exactly what would happen and how to prepare. Although I’d heard that lifting treatments can be uncomfortable, this one was surprisingly manageable. The doctor checked in with me constantly and even took short breaks to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, well-organised, and very professional. I could tell they were attentive and meticulous from start to finish. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and honestly one of the best I’ve visited in Seoul!

I received excellent consultation because I wanted to get lip fillers, and achieving symmetry was especially important to me. The attending physician held a very detailed consultation with me and fulfilled all my wishes perfectly. I am super satisfied with my lips already and can hardly wait to see the final result once the swelling has gone down. I will definitely be back! I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to all foreigners coming to Korea. The entire team speaks several languages, so you don't have to worry about not being understood.🙌🏻

This was my second time visiting Gangnam Hera after returning from the States, and once again, I’m so impressed. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The clinic is exceptionally clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes every visit comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, but what truly stands out is the quality of care and the amazing results. It’s a top-quality dermatology clinic that I would absolutely recommend to my friends and anyone looking for trusted, high end skincare in Korea.

My very first visit to Korea & head straight to HERA Gangnam for my first ever rejuran experience too! Thank you Dr. Lee Jong Hoon for his professionalism, is almost painless for me during the whole process & I almost fall asleep 😅 highly recommend! Their staffs were really nice too!
